SAN ANTONIO – The Wonder Theatre is bringing Dolly Parton’s musical “9 to 5″ to life on their mainstage.
According to the theater, the comedy is about “three female coworkers that concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains “otherwise engaged,” the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down.”
The shows are on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m., with a special 2 p.m. matinee on March 1.
The Wonder Theatre is offering special community nights for this production, including ASL Night on Feb. 21, Military & First Responders Night on Feb. 22 and Pride Night on Feb. 28.
