Between 3 and 9 inches of rain had fallen over the past 24 hours with 1 to 3 inches in portions of the warned area within the past 3 hours. Rain rates overnight could exceed 2 to 3 inches per hour at times. Significant Flash flooding is already occurring or soon could develop.
