If you’re like me and you cook and bake a lot, sometimes a recipe comes along that is so good you just know you’ll be making it for the rest of your life. This is what happened when I made this chocolate chip cookie recipe for the first time.

Full disclosure: My photos of this soup were SO ugly, but this is honestly *very* close to what it will look like! Soup-er Tuesday: Taste-testing Chrissy Teigen’s parmesan minestrone
We’ll call it Soup-er Tuesday (please don’t groan at my pun), and I hope you’ll tag along. For the very first week, we’re making Chrissy Teigen’s Parmesan Minestrone. They’re little soup scoopers and oh-so delish. I was skeptical that this recipe could really impress me much, just as a basic minestrone (I’m more of a meat and potatoes person), but it was really fantastic. Mike’s cheesy chicken tortilla soup feeds entire family for less than $25
Mike Osterhage has been making his cheesy chicken tortilla soup for years. Add the corn and black beans, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium low; simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally. Add chicken to the pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add heavy whipping cream, sour cream and Velveeta cheese to the soup and stir until the cheese melts.

TikTok is fantastic for endless scrolling and having a good laugh at people’s videos, but it’s also great for finding out new life hacks, and apparently, we’ve been making quesadillas wrong the entire time. First, you’ll cut halfway up the tortilla, making sure not to cut it all the way, so that the tortilla doesn’t separate into two pieces. In one section, you’ll add your ground beef or chicken. As you can see, this TikTok user decided to add pizza ingredients onto the tortilla, and doesn’t it look delicious? Making a quick and easy lunch or breakfast just got so much better, right?
Recipe: 15-minute air fryer beef, green beans + rice
SAN ANTONIO – Did you get an air fryer for Christmas but you’re not quite sure what to do with it? You can make this healthy beef, green beans and rice recipe in just 15 minutes with a little help from Beef Loving Texans. Place green beans on the top rack of the air fryer and beef on the lower roasting rack. Cook beef and green beans for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until green beans are crispy and beef is browned, no longer pink, and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
