FORECAST:
Good morning! A cold front is stirring up some showers and storms this morning. Currently (as of 7:30am), most of the activity is from southern Bexar County and points south. A few of the storms could be strong and we'll be watching for that closely. Otherwise, these storms will be hit-or-miss and drift south with the front. Behind the front, winds are now gusting to 30 mph out of the north. Gusts 35 to even 40 mph will be possible during the first half of the day. In addition, it'll be generally overcast and cooler. Highs today will only reach to around 70 or so. Rain chances will remain in the forecast, with another disturbance kicking up a few showers later this afternoon and tonight (30%). Winds will relax this evening. Wednesday stays gray and cool. While we will see less on the radar tomorrow, temperatures will be even cooler. Many places will stay in the 60s. Humidity and warmth make a comeback on Thursday. This will lead to some morning drizzle and shower activity. Another front Friday brings a small opportunity for showers or a storm. Beyond that, the front is forecast to stall near the area. For now, that keeps some small rain chances in the forecast over the weekend, too. It's a busy forecast. Make sure and check back -- we'll have more updates throughout the day!
