FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS

  • COLD START: We’re at or below freezing this AM, but we’ll end up in the 50s
  • ONE MORE FREEZE: One last freeze is forecast for Friday morning (upper-20s)
  • GRAY WEEKEND: Showers return to the forecast Saturday night

FORECAST

Temperatures have dipped below freezing this morning, although it’s not as cold as the past few mornings. Most areas are in the low-30s or upper-20s. With mostly sunny skies, we’ll get into the mid-50s this afternoon.

ONE MORE FREEZE

Friday morning should mark our last freeze for a while. We’ll spend one more morning in the upper-20s. Like today, we’ll rebound nicely by the afternoon.

CLOUD COVER, HUMIDITY THIS WEEKEND

Humidity will surge into the area on Saturday. This will give us overcast skies by Saturday afternoon. Additionally, it’ll lead to drizzle and fog development Saturday night. That means Sunday morning will be damp. A few more showers are in the forecast for Sunday afternoon. Morning lows will be significantly warmer, while daytime highs will reach the upper-50s.

RAIN CHANCES NEXT WEEK

Much of next week will see small rain chances. Currently, it’s hard to pinpoint when and where, as the pattern will be driven by a drifting, cut-off low. But, plan for lots of clouds and mild temperatures all the way through next weekend.
