FORECAST

Good morning! Despite being less than 24 hours away from the official arrival of winter, mild weather remains in the forecast. We’ll see another push of dry, cool air today. Still, temperatures will manage to reach 70 this afternoon. Temperatures Saturday morning are forecast to be a bit cooler than what we’ve seen last few days. Many of us will dip into the 30s, with a light freeze possible in the Hill Country. Saturday afternoon will see us rebound into the mid-60s.

Sunday is a transition day. Humidity will gradually return, which could give us some patchy fog early and quite a bit of cloud cover. Clouds will keep temperatures from getting too warm, with highs in the mid-60s.

Monday and Tuesday are forecast to be humid and warm. By Tuesday afternoon, as a storm system approaches, a few showers and even storms may pop up. This *could* affect your Christmas Eve plans, however, the window for rain is fairly small. Check back with us for updates.

For Christmas Day, in the wake of this system, drier air will arrive. It’ll still be fairly warm, with highs near 70 and clear skies.
