During a Friday news conference ahead of the 2024 Valero Alamo Bowl, BYU head coach Kalani Sitake and Colorado head coach Deion Sanders bonded over more than their love of football and Saturday’s game.

The BYU football team practiced at Trinity University on Thursday to prepare for the 32nd-annual Valero Alamo Bowl and afterward headed to the Alamodome for a press conference.

The BYU Cougars are now in the Alamo City to finish preparations to face Colorado in the Valero Alamo Bowl.

“Coach Prime” and the Colorado Buffaloes will have media availability on Tuesday morning as they prepare for the Valero Alamo Bowl.

Drew Pyne was 22 of 28 for 262 yards with three touchdowns, Michael Mayer hauled in 11 passes for 118 yards and two scores and Notre Dame defeated No. 16 Brigham Young 28-20 on Saturday night.
