Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama’s custom All-Star sneakers to release on Valentine’s Day

SAN ANTONIO – After earning his first NBA All-Star Game nod, Nike announced it is releasing a custom colorway of sneakers for San Antonio Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama on Valentine’s Day.

The black low sneakers feature the letter “B” on one shoe tongue, an alien face on the other, and a metallic silver Nike Swoosh logo with the phrase “Be Unique Everyday” under it on both shoes.

The new shoes are also a part of Nike’s “Black Label” series, which features other basketball athletes with custom shoes released on Valentine’s Day.

If you plan to buy Wembanyama’s shoes, expect to pay $220. They will be available on Nike’s website and other retailers at 9 a.m. on Friday.
