Gates open at 6 p.m. The game is sold out but there are some standing room only tickets available through TicketMaster.com or the team’s website. SAM THE SCORING MACHINE

San Antonio faced Oakland twice in 2022, earning a 1-0-1 record with forward Samuel Adeniran scoring three total goals, the only goals scored by SAFC against Oakland this season.

“I give the credit to my teammates,” said Adeniran to KSAT 12 Sports this week. “All credit to my teammates who put me in good positions to score. I think the success is more team based more than what I do.”

“They can try to limit me but you got Santiago Patiño on my left side so that’s not a smart strategy‚” explained Adeniran if Oakland focused their defense on him for Friday’s match. “If you try to take me out, and Santi, then you still got Justin Dhillon, Elliott Collier, Ignacio Bailone, Jack Lynn and so forth. We have plenty of strikers that can come on and win games for us. If their main strategy is to take me out, they got a lot of problems.”
