South San Antonio High School students are in the spotlight for making the prize plaques given to Vaquero Cook-Off winners. We meet some of the makers in the South San Antonio High School Practicum of Construction Management program.

It’s all part of Western Heritage Weekend, featuring the Western Heritage Parade & Cattle Drive this Saturday. The Vaquero Cook-Off heavily features Bolner’s Fiesta Brand spices, and we get some tips from this San Antonio favorite in the kitchen today
