Along the bodies of water are rocked walkways and bridges, with waterfalls flowing between the 12 lakes.

The lakes are easily accessible and have “significant deep holes in areas,” which can be used for swimming and fishing, the release states.

  • 5,585 square feet 6 bed/6 bath lodge
  • 2,595 square feet 3 bed/3 bath villa

Other smaller lodging accommodations can be found throughout the property.

Recent improvements to the ranch include more than 20 miles of paved ranch roads, a high-fenced perimeter and multiple executive deer blinds.

Corn feeders and protein feeders help sustain the population of white tail deer on the property. Turkey and bass are also found in abundance, and aoudad, fallow deer, axis deer and river otters have been spotted occasionally.

The ranch listing is represented by real estate agent Robert Dullnig of Dullnig Ranch Sales at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.

“In 25 years, I don’t think I have seen a property quite like this,” Dullnig said. “Its size and location provide both convenience and privacy, while the multiple springs originating on the property and the infrastructure created by the lakes give the owner full control of their own water, which is practically unheard of.

“These lakes are plum-full of water at a time when some rivers and creeks struggle to flow.”
