NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Costco plans to open a new 158,000-square-foot warehouse club and gas station in New Braunfels, the first in the city.
The project will cost $33,800,000 for the club and $3,200,000 for the gas station, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project start date for the warehouse and gas station is set for Sept. 18, and it is set to be completed by March 19, 2026, according to the filing.
The Costco will be located at 330 Addstine Lane, near I-35.
The San Antonio area has four Costco locations on the far West Side, Northwest Side (near UTSA), North Side (Stone Oak area) and in Selma.
