Jesse Garza was arrested on charges of terroristic threat and unlawful carrying of a weapon

SAN ANTONIO – A man upset with H-E-B staff over a refund was arrested after making threats to employees, according to San Antonio police.

Officers were called to the 100 block of North Rosillo around 5:20 p.m. Thursday for a suspicious person with a gun.

Officers found Jesse Garza wearing body armor at the location while carrying a firearm, SAPD said in a preliminary report.

However, a booking sheet obtained by KSAT after SAPD sent their preliminary report found that Garza had two guns on him.

Police said Garza was upset with employees because he wanted a refund for an item, and he had called the store earlier and made threatening comments toward staff.
