Two injured in shooting at far West Side home, SAPD says

Police: Other three men fled on foot

SAN ANTONIO – Two men are injured, and three are on the run after a fight led to shots being fired at a far West Side home, according to San Antonio police.

Officers were called to a home in the 1300 block of Longmont Street, not far from Marbach Road, just before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Two men drove to the home and began fighting with three men who were at the house, police said. It is unclear what prompted the fight.

During the fight, the two men were shot, and the three fled on foot, SAPD said.

The two men were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. They are 17 and 19 years old, according to a preliminary report from police.

Police did not provide descriptions of potential suspects.
