Tax election possible as Bexar County integrates Frost Bank Center into Spurs arena discussions

A proposed memorandum of understanding between the Spurs, Bexar County and City of San Antonio includes the possibility of a November election on using a county venue tax and collaborating on developing the area around the team's current home.
