San Antonio Botanical Garden faces lawsuit for wild peacock ‘seriously injuring’ guests

A Bexar County family is suing the San Antonio Botanical Garden Society Inc. and one of its employees for allegedly failing to take precautions to prevent the peacock from attacking two children on May 4, 2023, according to court documents.
