Two Cibolo Family YMCA employees test positive for COVID-19, officials say
Two employees at the Cibolo Family YMCA have tested positive for the coronavirus, according to a Facebook post from YMCA officials. Out of caution, both the Cibolo and the Schertz Family YMCA facilities will be closed Monday, June 22, due to shared staff and services, according to YMCA staff. Summer camps try pods to keep campers together while limiting the spread of coronavirusWe have to take their temperature, the childs temperature, before they enter our facility. And then after that, theyre allowed to come into the facility, said Yzamar Bernal, program director at YMCA of Greater San Antonio. We have special equipment from the facility thats used in the gym that we can use, as well, in our rooms, she said.
