A 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were taken to University Hospital in critical condition. AdInvestigators say the driver of the Nissan admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and was evaluated for intoxication and will now be charged with DWI.

Torchyās, which started as a food truck in Austin in 2006, first arrived in San Antonio in 2014 with a Lincoln Heights spot. Following the incident, Leon Valley police arrested Rebecca Deleon on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter. Police said Deleon was traveling northbound on Wurzbach Road when she lost control of her vehicle, drove to the sidewalk and struck Sifuentes. Her vehicle also slammed into a tree in the parking lot of Wells Fargo.
