SAN ANTONIO A man has been arrested on a murder charge after he allegedly swerved into a car in an attempt to kill himself, resulting in the death of a teenager. Colby Burke, 26, was apprehended shortly after the deadly crash that occurred around 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the 6800 block of Babcock Road, booking records show. Their Equinox caught fire and witnesses were able to help pull the occupants out before first responders arrived. Burke told officers that he intentionally drove into the victims vehicle so that he could kill himself, booking records for Burke confirmed Friday morning. Police said Burke attempted to flee, but he was apprehended shortly after.
