A measles outbreak in Knox County, Ohio, has now sickened 14 and there are measles in four Ohio counties.

The City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and the Hays County Health Department are alerting residents about a potential exposure to measles.

Two more counties – Borden and Randall – have now reported a measles case.
