The interest then turned into full-fledged beekeeping, bee removal and a honey business, called BeeSpace. ”There are a lot of foods that rely on bees,” Trent said. I don’t think everything will come crashing down, but an ecosystem of just monocultures propagated by farmers, that’s a pretty depressing world.”AdTrent hopes to have 1,000 hives in two years.

By pleading guilty, Rymers admitted to assisting former Castroville police chief Chris Filline and another person in a fraudulent scheme to collect insurance proceeds, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Filline electronically submitted an insurance claim to Farmers Insurance Group three days later. The indictment charges Filline and the third individual with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, prosecutors said.
