San Antonio โ A Steele High School junior with a visual impairment is hoping her story will encourage others to overcome their obstacles in life. Jazmine Harper, 16, has always been visually impaired since she was born, but was diagnosed with glaucoma at age 8. Jazmine Harper is in Girl Scouts, on multiple swim teams, the marching band and the orchestra. AdโShe found that a lot of it was that people just donโt understand it,โ Jennifer Harper said. โEverybody has their own battles, so donโt let yours stop what you are trying to accomplish,โ Jazmine Harper said.

โI donโt like being inside of a building, you know,โ Gomez said. โMaybe it is because of my belief in God,โ Gomez said. I heard about him and thought I knew about him, but I didnโt know anything. I am not going to be stuck in no damn ocean out there in a light house!โ I didnโt know what they were talking about,โ he laughed.
