SAN ANTONIO – Interstate 10 eastbound at Medical Drive has reopened Wednesday afternoon after a major crash that left one person dead, according to officials.
A 26-year-old man was killed in the crash, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office said.
The TxDOT website showed the accident was confirmed around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. All lanes were blocked.
As of 4:35 p.m., the San Antonio Police Department said the highway has reopened.
Traffic was originally being diverted off the Medical Drive exit.
