This new campus was funded by a $240 million bond package approved by voters in November 2022.

The bond package provided funding for two new elementary schools, including Victory Elementary, a new CTE multipurpose facility, adding 320 pre-K/kindergarten seats and renovations to several campuses.

“We are so thankful and appreciative of our East Central ISD community,” said Superintendent Roland Toscano. “The additions of two new elementary schools and a new middle school, as well as numerous renovations, are going to help us effectively address several issues that we’ve been experiencing because we’re growing so quickly.”

Officials with East Central ISD expect the district to have over 13,000 students by the end of 2025 and over 19,000 by 2032.

Currently, there is no expected completion date for the new elementary school.
