SAN ANTONIO – The City of San Antonio will extend the hours of its warming centers on Saturday, Jan. 11.
The warming centers, located at libraries and community centers, will open early at 8 a.m. and remain accessible through their regular business hours.

Below is a complete list of libraries and parks community centers designated as warming centers:
- Copernicus Community Center: 5003 Lord Road
- Cuellar Community Center: 5626 San Fernando St.
- Dawson Community Center: 2500 E Commerce St.
- Garza Community Center: 1450 Mira Vista
- Hamilton Community Center: 10700 Nacogdoches Road
- Harlandale Community Center: 301 Sussex Ave.
- Melendrez Community Center: 5909 W Commerce St.
- Miller’s Pond Community Center: 6075 Old Pearsall Road
- Normoyle Community Center: 700 Culberson Ave.
- Palm Heights Community Center: 1201 W Malone Ave.
- Quintero Community Center: 3100 Hiawatha Drive
- Ramirez Community Center: 1011 Gillette Blvd.
- Robinette Community Center: 1423 S Ellison Drive
- San Juan Community Center: 2307 S Calaveras St.
- Ward Community Center: 435 E Sunshine Drive
- Woodard Community Center: 1011 Locke St.
- Yates Community Center: 568 Rasa Drive

VIA Metropolitan Transit will offer fare-free rides to or from these locations on Saturday. Passengers using the VIA bus service or VIA Link (within the Link service zones) should inform the bus operator upon boarding. VIAtrans passengers should notify the reservation agent when scheduling a trip.
