FORECAST
TUESDAY, AND MOST OF WEDNESDAY
It’ll continue to feel more like mid May than mid November for the next few days but changes arrive Thursday.
THURSDAY: 60% CHANCE OF RAIN
This is when storm chances peak in San Antonio. This does not mean it’ll be raining all day, but intermittent periods of showers and storms are likely.
A few strong storms will be possible, along with heavy rain and street flooding in some areas. As usual, it’ll be a wide range of accumulations with some neighborhoods getting a few tenths, while others could see up to 3 inches.
This will drag temperatures down into the 70s, and that’s where afternoon highs will remain Friday through the weekend.
CLEARING FRIDAY, QUIET WEEKEND
While a lingering shower or two is possible Friday morning, skies will clear by the afternoon. Combined with sunshine and lower humidity, temperatures will remain above average but not nearly as warm as what we’ve had lately. And mornings return to the 50s this weekend.
