Dozens rallied outside the Texas State Capitol on Thursday in a push to pass legislation they believe will prevent gun violence.

State Sen. Roland Gutierrez presented another packet of proposed gun reform legislation alongside several of the Uvalde families.

Ahead of Governor Greg Abbott's inauguration, Uvalde families are vowing not to give up on fighting for gun reform changes.
