SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a stabbing that happened on the Northwest Side.
The incident happened before 9 p.m. on Thursday in the 5900 block of Danny Kaye Drive.

A preliminary report from SAPD states that an officer pulled over a vehicle at an unknown location because blood was spotted on the outside of the car.
The victim, 30, told the officer he had fallen on some glass and had an injury to the chest, the report states. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries
Officers went to an apartment and spoke with a witness, who said they heard the man arguing with a 34-year-old woman.
The woman is listed as a suspect in the preliminary report.
A sergeant at the scene told KSAT that a person was arrested; however, SAPD later updated that no arrests have been made and the investigation remains in its initial phase.
It is unclear what led up to the stabbing.
