More than 50 domestic beers will be available during Bier Fest, along with libations from 19 different international breweries.
Guests can get an authentic taste of German brews by sampling Spatan Lager, Optimater, Dunkel, Franzekaner Hefe, and Pilsner Urquell.
Beer selections also include brews from Busted Sandal, Brewing Boston Beer, Four Corners Brewing Company, and Ranger Creek.
“Yuengling, America’s oldest brewing company, will have their vintage truck on hand, during select dates, serving their Traditional Lager, Flight, and (new to the Texas market) Oktoberfest beers on tap, directly from the tricked-out vehicle,” a press release states.
Bier Sampler Packages will be available for purchase at festival locations throughout the park for this Oktoberfest-inspired event.
Food offerings to pair with your stout include traditional bratwurst, Hofbrau chicken bratwurst, beer cheese spaetzle with sauteed onions, potato pancakes, apple strudel, pork or chicken schnitzel and giant pretzels.
Live entertainment will pay homage to Bavarian traditions with a modern spin.
Prost!
