The father of a man killed in 2020 has been asking the Bexar County District Attorney's Office to have a new attorney give the case a second look after the case was dismissed.

Three women, none of them SAPD officers, were cited for misdemeanor disorderly conduct following the Oct. 8 melee inside Pete’s Place Spirits & More, located in the 14700 block of Old Bandera Rd.
