This isn’t the first time in the past couple of months Hernandez has had to reinvent his business structure to keep it going. Chef Johnny Hernandez rolling out new margarita trucks in San Antonio“Many of us are trying to figure out and having to evaluate our concepts,” Hernandez said. “There’s so much, you know, to deal with right now, but we’re taking it in stride,” Hernandez said. “We’re trying not to get too stressed out, trying not to wear ourselves out, trying not to get sick.”The margarita trucks are an idea Hernandez and his staff have been working on for over a month.

In a press release Thursday, La Gloria announced the launch of Margarita Trucks. La Gloria to reopenBeginning today, the trucks will deliver La Gloria’s signature margaritas and assorted menu items right to your door. The first truck to roll out will only service within a three-mile radius of Crockett Park in downtown San Antonio but by June additional trucks will be available around the city. “Our Margarita Trucks are another fun and creative way to adapt to the ever-changing business landscape,” said Hernandez said.
