SAN ANTONIO – Another popular festival has been canceled. The Tejano Conjunto Festival, which was supposed to take place May 13-17 at the Guadalupe Theater and Rosedale Park, was officially canceled on Wednesday, the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center announced.
