A judge sentenced Andre McDonald to 20 years in prison. He normally would have been eligible for parole in 10 years but due to time served in jai, he will be eligible in 7.5 years.

After almost 11 hours of deliberations, the jury in the Andre McDonald trial was read the “Allen Charge.”
