Escaramuza Rosas de Castilla, Valentine’s sweet & sour treats, glass blowing with your sweetheart & more

Learning the hobby of glass blowing | SA Live | KSAT 12

SAN ANTONIO – Today on SA Live, the art of Mexican side-saddle horse riding, a professional glass-blowing studio, Valentine’s Day treats - both sweet and sour - and a new game show.

The all-female riding group, Escaramuza Rosas de Castilla, dropped by to preview the Western Heritage Parade & Cattle Drive. They even got Mike and Fiona on horseback.

Jen takes us to Caliente Hot Glass Studio, a professional glass-blowing studio in San Antonio where the focus is on the authentic experience of blown glass for collectors, participants, spectators and artists alike. Check out the beautiful glass heart you can make for your sweetheart.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Yes, Please! Treats shows us how to make Red Hot bark! The woman-owned, small gourmet treat company was founded by best friends Cathryn and Jennifer. They met at UT as suitemates and they’re now “sweet mates”!

Plus, sour treats for your sweet with Chamoy y Mas (and watch Mike’s tongue turn green!), and we play the new game show “Switch” with its host, Jeff Hephner.

SA Live airs weekdays at 1 p.m. on KSAT 12. Stream the show anytime from the KSAT+ app on Roku, smart TV, or smartphone.
