SAN ANTONIO – A taco restaurant on the West Side was ordered to have its walk-in refrigerator serviced immediately after its interior temperature was warmer than health standards allow.
Roy’s Pronto Taco Hut, located in the 200 block of Old Hwy. 90 West, was given a score of 79 during its food establishment inspection last month.

The restaurant was also cited for having hand cream and over the counter medicine near its food preparation area, health records show.

- 89-80 = B (Acceptable to Marginal)
- 79 or lower = C (Marginal to Poor)
Metro Health indicates that scores of 69 or lower are failing scores
