SAN ANTONIOUPDATE ( 4 a.m.): We will have a few leftover showers this morning, but the severe threat is over, KSAT Meteorologist Mike Osterhage said.

Osterhage said there were some strong and severe storms early this morning in the Hill Country, with high winds and hail.

Things started to settle down a few hours ago, and now there isn’t even any lightning in our area.

A front is moving through, as temperatures will drop about 5 degrees to 10 degrees and the wind will pick up out of the Northwest.

There will be plenty of sunshine today, with low humidity, and highs in the upper 70s.

It will be back to the mid 80s tomorrow. Then add in the clouds and humidity Saturday, Osterhage said.

Another potent front will move through late Saturday bring more rain Sunday and highs only in the low 70s.
