KSAT Community hosted a Vaccine Phone Bank Wednesday, Aug. 4, from 5-7 p.m. with a group of doctors and health experts to help answer questions about the vaccine. They focused on providing fact- and science-based information.
The phone bank is the second of two KSAT Community events on Wednesday meant to help answer any questions you and your family may have about kids going back in the classroom for the 2021-22 year.
During the Wednesday morning livestream, viewers heard from panelists including a child psychologist, a counselor, an education nonprofit leader and a teacher. Much of the discussion focused on children and educators in Pre-K, kindergarten, or grade school. Watch the full video on-demand below.
Local experts answered as many KSAT viewer questions as they could about safety, education, mental health, vaccines and schools during the two live events.
