Journey coming to San Antonio for 50th anniversary celebration tour

The band will play at the AT&T Center on April 4

SAN ANTONIO – Journey is coming to San Antonio with open arms next spring.

The legendary rock band announced its “50th Anniversary Celebration Freedom Tour 2023,” and that includes a stop at the AT&T Center on April 4.

Tickets for the general public go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 at ATTCenter.com and Ticketmaster.com. The presale will take place from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, with the code “FAITHFULLY.”

Journey, known for its hits like “Don’t Stop Believin,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Separate Ways,” and “Faithfully,” is touring with the rock band Toto.

The tour starts Feb. 4 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, according to the AT&T Center.

Journey will also stop at Austin’s Moody Center on Feb. 22.

“We are all thankful and overwhelmed by the success of our Journey Freedom Tour 2022 this year and have added a new run of dates for 2023,″ Journey founder and lead guitarist Neal Schon said in a news release. “We are looking forward to hitting the road again with our very good friends Toto.”
